|Recommended: YesGreat environment. Not so great operation. — The room and accommodations are to die for It’s amazing pricing for luxury living. The private bathroom and private room combo for the price they offer is great Unfortunately there isn’t any parking for late night visitors and it’s impossible to find a close parking spot unless you stake it out around noon. Also I submitted an order for a desk chair because my room didn’t get one and it’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard back... but all in all it’s better than College Place which is where I used to live so I’m content

|Recommended: YesLots of space — Apartments are spacious but cheaply furnished. AC and dishwasher do not work well.
|Recommended: YesOkay, thought it would be better for the price — Expensive, mostly just cause they add like 100 bucks to your monthly bill just for utilities and parking. Other places I've been utilities has been 40 max. The place and rooms are nice, there is a nice TV that has all the streaming services in each room. The only real downside to the apts is that the A C is terribly loud, it destroys conversations it's so loud.

|Recommended: YesIt is a beautiful property, new, and perfect for students — It is a wonderful place that is clean, nice, and spaceous. I have really enjoyed my time here so far. I live on the top floor which can be a hike but the views from the windows and balcony are amazing

|Recommended: YesSuper nice building, amazing staff, and a fun place to live — The management is super awesome and willing to help out and resolve any issues. The building itself is nice and brand new. The people living here are cool to and lots of people around your same age 20 . Really close to campus which is nice and are close for UVU's activities and student life.

|Recommended: YesOverall, very warm, welcoming, and visually appealing. — It is a wonderful place to live, the only downside right now is all the construction. It is limiting parking, and causing a little confusion in the overall community. Once the majority of construction is finished and the parking opens up it will be the best place to live as a student in Orem. The apartments are incredible, high quality, and spacious. I have loved living here, and I look forward to the next year of living.
