|Recommended: YesParking — The parking situation isn’t very good. I have had multiple times when I had to drive around for an hour waiting for a spot on the street to open. That was when I was waiting on my UVU pass.
|Recommended: YesAxis Student Living — This place is great People seem nice and the leasing staff are great. I am in architecture and design and I will say, the sound proofing could have been designed better. With that being said, it is an apartment complex and I have lived in much worst. HOWEVER, the amenities alone are worth the rent. Highly recommend living here if you are in your 20s and don’t mind sleeping on a twin.

|Recommended: YesIt’s an amazing place to live — Apartments are really good to be honest, plenty of space, bathroom in huge Amenities are the best part of it, leaving aside the parking situation which is pretty terrible, the rest is great Noise is not a big problem, sometime you can hear people talking really loud and music but it’s not disturbing at all.

|Recommended: YesClean, neat, nice place to live but parking is awful. — A clean, neat place to live with many amenities, but good luck getting parking- you will have to be walking far in the mornings and nights when coming and going from the apartments. There are just too many students with cars and very limited parking. I love the gym, pools, biking room, and hot tubs though.

|Recommended: YesVery new and modern feeling Luxury — So far, so good. It’s very clean and comes with a decent amount of space with a desk, dresser, bed and comfy chair. The bathroom is huge and open. The one complaint I would have is that there are very big gaps under the doors which lets in a lot of sound. Also the walls are very thin letting in more sound.
