|Recommended: YesGreat, but has some issues — The rooms and appliances are great There's lots of space in the bathrooms and there's a lot of storage there. The bedrooms are a little small, but if you're good with a twin bed, it works great
The kitchen has a decent amount of storage, but I think needs a little bit more or make the pantry that's there a little bigger . The fridge only has 3 shelves for 4 people, so I ended up needing a mini-fridge in my room.
The walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything from inside the apartment. I could hear my roommates talking quietly I couldn't understand what they were saying , so there's not a lot of privacy. You can hear every step someone takes in the apartment above you, so you have to be aware of how heavy your steps are if you're on the 3rd floor or above.
Maintainance was really fast, but they don't let you know when they're coming. They came while I was at work and I didn't have any time to prepare I was waiting for an appointment notification . They're great at coming fast, there's just no communication on when to expect them.
There's no storage in the apartment for bigger things. I wanted to store a beanbag chair I had brought to make room for the Christmas tree , and the only place I could think about moving it to was into my bedroom that was really small. Both ended up fitting, so it didn't post too much of an issue, but a storage room would be great.
The parking is a joke. Everyone gets one assigned spot, and that's all. There's no guest parking on the premises even though there's a garage, there aren't enough spaces. There's no parking on the street, in the church parking lot, or even in the neighborhood down the street. If for some reason you want to invite someone over and they bring their car, they're screwed because the tow trucks come around all the time and they will either ticket you, boot the car, or even tow the car. I've almost spent an entire month's rent getting my car back because of no communication on where to park and misunderstandings my car was in the shop with the parking decal and the office was closed, so I used the temporary parking pass I had and they still towed my car .
Overall, It's a great place to live, but there are a lot of restrictions on what you can and can't do. Every guest is only allowed one friend with them in the pool and other amenities which is unreasonable. They do cleaning checks every few months which aren't that bad if you clean every once in a while.

|Recommended: YesGreat social environment — If you like a social environment Axis is perfect.. My only complaint would be that the walls don't keep out the noise and it would be nice to have more insulated walls.

Everyone here is so kind and I'm having so so much fun If you're a social person, you'll thrive here. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I love the ward that's tied to the Axis as well. The property is so clean, there are so many activities to do. Move in

|Recommended: YesNice and new. The residents can be kinda loud on the weekends. — Glad to have my own room and bathroom. Everything works well for the most part. The grounds and facilities are well maintained. Although there are some that only seem half built Ex. Cycle cinema and arcade games on the various floors don't seem to work Some of the windows in the apartments are really hard to close once they have been opened. Not sure of the quality on those. If I was going to change anything about the kitchen or bathrooms I would say they should have sanded down the corners on the countertops a bit. I've whacked my arms on them multiple times and they are sharp. But that might just be that I am clumsy. I have enjoyed my time here for the most part. I can be hard to get to sleep some nights with neighbors or people by the pool thumping loud music until 2am but overall it has been a good experience. The ward here in the building has been great as well, which has been very nice.
|Recommended: YesDifferent — When I moved in I moved in to a smelly apartment no room in the fridge for me or cabinets so had to cramp everything in my room. They dont throw modky things away and clean up after themselves.
