|Recommended: YesAmazing Rooms and a Great Staff — The rooms are very modern and well kept. The process to lease a room is much smoother than any other place I've lived and the staff is very easy to work with. Great environment with many friendly people. Overall great experience living at Axis.
|Recommended: YesOne of the Best Student Housing places to Live — I absolutely love it here. It is one of the cleanest places. Everyone is super nice. The only tiny complaint that I have is that your actual room that you sleep in is not sound proof. You can be sleeping and your roommate could be walking around and you hear everything. If the doors were more soundproof then this place would be absolutely perfect. But it is so nice to have your own bedroom and bathroom. The Axis gives each resident more privacy than a lot of other student housing.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place — Living here is great. The grounds are well kept and everything is very nice. Every time I have visitors, someone always points out how it feels like a hotel. The only thing is that I can hear my roommates all too well. Even if they're in their rooms. But in any case, 10 10 would recommend.
|Recommended: NoAxis is awesome but too many people trash it — I love living here, the amenities are amazing, having your own bathroom is great, and the rooms are very modern and high quality. I know there is not much more the staff can do, but people trash the common areas so frequently, the elevator is always dirty, if there’s trash or food over the stairwell it’s there for a few days at least before it goes away. Maybe they could hire a larger cleaning staff or something, but it’s sad that the other residents here don’t want to take care of the common areas and ruin them for the rest of us.
