|Recommended: NoIts a Luxury...but luxury comes with a a cost. — Honestly. Its a very nice place to live but there are a lot of inconveniences. It may be because it's a brand new building. But to get anything done I have to go to the front desk directly. Half of the floors rec rooms are not even fully furnished. There is practically no insulation for noise and I can feel the cold seeping in through the windows The WINDOWS ARE CRAP THEY WON T EVEN CLOSE PROPERLY. Also the cleaning checks that they did not notate in the lease. The dumpsters are too small for two buildings full of 2000 residents. Trash is constantly being pilled up and the parking garage is littered with trash. Though this is not the Axis fault they do not have any rules or punishments in place. Also on the 5th floor four emergency exit signs are hanging by a wire and it's been like this for a month. Also what's with the speed bumps on just the 3th floor They are already falling apart. And you might as well install them on every floor if your worried about people speeding.
The front desk is mostly accommodating. The places that are furnished are nicely furnished. The amenities are nice when they are working.
I'm paying a lot of money for a building that feels half baked.
Unless your parent are paying your rent. It's not worth the money to live here.
It's a lot of money to pay for a lot of inconveniences.
|Recommended: YesAmazing staff — Great place, staff is awesome, the neighbors up stairs are at times oblivious that there are people that live below, the living room furniture isn't the best, but having laundry and private bathroom is awesome The grounds are nice, the issue is people who don't live here keep running stuff like the hot tub.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — My only complaint is its loud. The apartment walls are fairly thin, and there's so many freshmen and younger kids here that still think its cool to play music past 12am. It isn't so loud that I wouldn't want to live here. The rooms are great the bathrooms are big, the parking is sweet and the staff is super helpful. Thats my take.
|Recommended: YesThe property is very nice and clean. — I would tell them that the rooms and all the people are nice. The only hard thing is that I have to drive up to the 5th floor and walk to the other side of the apartments just to get to my room.

The property itself is wild I sometimes walk around in awe that I get to live here because its so nice The people are super friendly and I truly enjoy living here
